Every dish at the Indian N Spices BY BHAI SAAB features its own distinct flavour and personality and is made from the freshest ingredients. Many of our recipes have been passed down from generation to generation. By cooking the hygienic Indian food with Miraculous Indian spices & putting into it our rich experience and passion for cooking, we want our customer to live & experience the saying of famous Greek physician Hippocrates, "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”, Says Chef Vijender firmly.
For those who have never eaten at an Indian restaurant, we make the experience an easy one. we offer flexibility to our customers with regards to requesting the amount of spices/ingredients in a particular dish to be added or reduced to make the taste customized to their own taste if they wish to experiment with the traditional taste and enjoy the new taste of the dish so attained. The food is alway tasty whether you dine-in, pick-up or ask us to deliver.
Head chef and owner Vijender has been working in Perth since 2009 for various well-known restaurants. He started his culinary journey from city of Hyderabad in India, working with I T C hotel Kakatiya Sheraton in 1998. He was also involve in opening of first JW Marriott hotel in India at Juhu beach Mumbai in the year 2000. He got opportunity to serve a lot of celebrities during his long career. He has also worked as Chef at Shangri-la in Taipei for 5 years. He brings a vast knowledge of cooking style from all over India, to satisfy our customers at best. He has a rich experience in making Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian Indian Cuisines.
